Does it happen? It might. Does it happen often? No. Anyone who suffers serious injury due to the negligence of somebody else understands that. Being struck, burned, or crushed is painful—understanding the life you can no longer lead is torturous. It was there, he said, that Robert Brazell Jr. was fatally hit in the head with a baseball bat just past midnight Saturday in a fight that involved about 20 teenagers.
