Keith R. Herbert

Keith R. Herbert is the Office Manager with Discepolo LLP, Keith is responsible for the day-to-day operation and management, including financials, staff, space and facilities, and communication with firm management. Keith is a seasoned professional with more than 20 years’ experience in law firm management.

In previous roles, he has served as the Administrator for a variety of law firms in the Washington, DC area. His strengths lie in his ability to lead diverse teams, and integrate vision with process and the people involved. He has exceptional interpersonal skills, and he is able to use these skills to lead, manage, coach and mentor others to achieve the goals of the organization.

He studied Business Administration, Economics & Accounting at Prince George’s Community College and the University of Maryland.

Keith is a strategic, business focused law firm leader and manager. Perhaps the best way to describe Keith is as a facilitator – one, who can help identify and bring about the desired results, using his leadership, analytical, planning, business acumen, and interpersonal skills.
