Lisa has represented clients in lawsuits concerning products liability, premises liability, coverage disputes, motor vehicle liability, construction litigation, toxic torts, insurance subrogation and general liability matters. Her litigation experience includes all levels of case management, from pre-litigation advisement, prepare motions, attend hearings, engage in settlement, arbitration or mediation, and assist in trial.

She has extensive experience with motion practice in high-profile, complex, multi-million dollar products liability litigation. Lisa has argued motions at both the state and federal level and has become an expert in E-discovery, specifically in Philadelphia County. Lisa has co-authored a paper for LexisNexis, “Juror Profiling in the MySpace®/Facebook © Era.

Her research uncovered how the internet and other technology has distorts society’s expectations of what happens during a trial and exposed a juror’s frame of mind. Additionally, Lisa has written and edited litigation manuals for national insurers regarding construction litigation in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and asbestos litigation across the east coast.

In addition to being licensed to practice law in the state and federal jurisdictions of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Lisa is also a Certified Arbitrator for the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas.
